Streamlined Firefox Layout

If you're looking for a better looking and display of firefox this tip will be very helpful to reduce firefox menus and have more space for web pages. The result will be a one line condensed menu and without the bookmarks toolbar. This is what I have done :

  1. First go to "View" then "Toolbars" and uncheck the Bookmarks toolbar
  2. From the view, toolbar also select "Customize"
  3. In the Customize window check the "Use small icons"
  4. Then drag and drop the icons you want from the navigation toolbar into the menu toolbar, icons you don't want you can drag them to the customize window.
  5. Now back to View, toolbars and then uncheck the navigation toolbar

The result will be something like the screenshot below, personaly I find it much better for browsing, rather than using the Full Screen (F11) mode, this tweak will give you large view with menu and navigation tools :
